What you get

One link, a QR code or an email
Send the link in a group chat, print its QR code on the invitation, or email it to everyone on your guest list from the site.
Replies for the whole invitation
A guest finds their invitation by name and answers for everyone on it, or uses the personal link you sent their household.
Your own questions
Meal choices, dietary needs, plus-ones, a song request or anything else: pick one or write in, for each guest or once per reply.
More than one part
A rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, a brunch the next day: guests say yes or no to each part you invite them to.
A reply-by date that holds
Replies close at the end of the reply-by day in the event’s own timezone. Reopen them for a late guest whenever you like.
Every reply in one list
See who is coming as replies arrive, remind the ones who haven’t replied, and download the list as a spreadsheet for the caterer.

Ready in a few minutes

  1. Tell us the basics

Who it’s for, the date, the venue, and a few notes in your own words. It takes about a minute.

  2. See your site

Your answers become a full site: the cover, your own words, the schedule, guests’ questions and a reply form, in the design you picked. Change any of it.

  3. Edit, publish, share

Change any section on your phone or laptop. Publish when it’s ready, then send guests the site, or give each household its own link.

An RSVP website or a form?

A general form tool works for a quick head count. For an invitation, guests want the details next to the reply, and you want one answer per household.

Questions

What is an RSVP website?

A web page for your event that guests reply on. It holds what a printed invitation would, the date, the time and the place, plus a form where each guest says whether they’re coming and answers your questions. Every reply lands in one list for you.

Is it really free?

Yes. Making and publishing the site, the reply form, your own questions, the guest list, emailed invitations and a site password are free, with no limit on guests. An optional site pass adds extras such as automatic reply reminders and your own colours, for one payment.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They open the link in any browser, on any phone, and reply in under a minute.

What should I ask on an RSVP form?

Whether each person is coming, and to which part if there are several. Then only what you will act on: meal choice, allergies and dietary needs, and plus-ones if you allow them. Each extra question lowers the number of people who finish.

When should the RSVP deadline be?

Three to four weeks before the event for a wedding, one to two weeks for a party. That leaves time to chase late replies and give the venue or caterer final numbers.

Can I remind guests who haven’t replied?

Yes. From the guest list you can email a reminder to everyone who hasn’t replied, for free. With the site pass, reminders go out on their own before the reply-by date.

Will strangers find my RSVP page?

No. Event sites are hidden from search engines, so only people you send the link to can open it. You can also add a password.
