Tournament registration for pickleball and racket sports
One page for your club tournament: the date, the courts, the format, the fee and the rules, and a sign-up where players register as singles, pairs or teams. When it fills up, new entries join a waitlist.
Free to make and publish. Guests never need an account.
What your tournament page does
- Singles, doubles or teams
- Choose what one entry is. A pair registers together with both names, and a team adds its name and players.
- A place limit and a waitlist
- Set how many entries you can take. Later ones go on a waitlist in order, and move up on their own when someone withdraws.
- Divisions and ratings
- List your divisions, like Mixed 3.5 or Men’s 4.0, and each entry picks one. Ask for a DUPR rating if you seed by it.
- Your entrant list
- Every entry lands in one list you can filter by division, with places, the waitlist and withdrawals. Export it to a spreadsheet for your draw.
Ready in a few minutes
Tell us the basics
Who it’s for, the date, the venue, and a few notes in your own words. It takes about a minute.
See your site
Your answers become a full site: the cover, your own words, the schedule, guests’ questions and a reply form, in the design you picked. Change any of it.
Edit, publish, share
Change any section on your phone or laptop. Publish when it’s ready, then send guests the site, or give each household its own link.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Making and publishing the page, registration and the entrant list are free, with no limit on entries. An optional site pass adds your own colours and a photo wall, for one payment.
Can players pay the entry fee here?
Not yet. Your page shows the fee as you write it, and players pay you the way you already take payments.
Does it make the draw or the bracket?
Not yet: today it handles the page and registration. Export the entrant list, with divisions and ratings, into the tool you use for the draw.
Do players need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in any browser, on any phone, and register in under a minute. Each entry gets a personal link to change it or withdraw.
