The Details

A reunion website for your class, team or family

Getting everyone back together: one page for the plan, travel and stay notes for people coming from far away, and a reply link that asks whether they’re bringing a partner.

Free to make and publish. Guests never need an account.

What goes on your reunion website

The whole plan
The name of the reunion, the date, the time and the venue with a map link, and a dress code if there is one.
Travel notes
Where to stay, how to get there and where to park, for everyone travelling in.
Replies with partners
People reply through one link and say whether they’re bringing a partner, with any food allergies.
Replies in one list
Every reply lands in your guest list the moment it is sent, and still counts once if a guest presses Send twice. Export it to a spreadsheet whenever you need numbers.

Ready in a few minutes

  1. Tell us the basics

Who it’s for, the date, the venue, and a few notes in your own words. It takes about a minute.

  2. See your site

Your answers become a full site: the cover, your own words, the schedule, guests’ questions and a reply form, in the design you picked. Change any of it.

  3. Edit, publish, share

Change any section on your phone or laptop. Publish when it’s ready, then send guests the site, or give each household its own link.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Making and publishing a reunion website, the reply form and the guest list are free, with no limit on guests. An optional site pass adds your own colours, a photo wall for guests and reply reminders, for one payment.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They open the link in any browser, on any phone, and reply in under a minute.

Can several organisers edit it?

Two of you can edit at the same time without undoing each other’s changes.

Will strangers find it?

No. Event sites are hidden from search engines, so only people you send the link to can open it. You can also add a password.
