Digital save the dates, opened from an envelope
Your guests tap the link and a sealed envelope in your colours opens to your card. Under it: the date, the place, add-to-calendar and where to stay. When the invitations go out, the same link becomes your full wedding website with RSVP.
Free to make and publish. Guests never need an account.
What your save the date does
- An envelope that opens
- A sealed envelope in your colours, with your initials on the seal, opens to your card when a guest taps the link, then shows the page. A tap skips it, and it plays once per visit.
- Add to calendar, in one tap
- Every part of the day has its own add-to-calendar and map link, in the venue’s local time, so guests abroad get the right day.
- Travel and stay, early
- The nearest airport, a room block, a few places to stay: the things guests book months ahead go on the page from the start.
- One link from save the date to RSVP
- Keep replies closed while it’s a save the date. When you’re ready, open them: the same link now takes replies, meal choices and plus-ones, so nobody needs a second link.
- Sent from your own phone
- Send each household its own link by WhatsApp, text or email with one tap, share the site link in a group chat, or print the QR code on a card.
- Designs to match the day
- Letterpress, a formal design with a monogram and engraved capitals, or any of the other designs, each in several colour schemes or your own colours.
Ready in a few minutes
Tell us the basics
Who it’s for, the date, the venue, and a few notes in your own words. It takes about a minute.
See your site
Your answers become a full site: the cover, your own words, the schedule, guests’ questions and a reply form, in the design you picked. Change any of it.
Edit, publish, share
Change any section on your phone or laptop. Publish when it’s ready, then send guests the site, or give each household its own link.
Questions
Is it free?
Making and publishing the site, the guest list and replies are free. The opening envelope, the Letterpress design and your own colours come with the site pass, one payment per site. Try them on your draft for free before you decide.
Can I send it before we have all the details?
Yes. Put up the date and the town, close replies, and add the times, venues and schedule as they’re booked. Guests who open the link again see the page as it is now.
Do I need a separate save the date and wedding website?
No. The save the date is your wedding website, early. Open replies when the invitations go out and send everyone the same link again, or email the households on your list.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in any browser, on any phone, and reply in under a minute.
Will strangers find it?
No. Event sites are hidden from search engines, so only people you send the link to can open it. You can also add a password.
