Golf tournament registration, for your charity outing
One page for the day: the course, the tee times, the format and what the entry fee supports, with a sign-up where each foursome registers together. When the field is full, new teams join a waitlist.
Free to make and publish. Guests never need an account.
What your golf tournament page does
- Foursomes register together
- A team gives its name and its four players in one entry. Change the team size if you play threesomes or pairs.
- The fee and the cause
- Write the entry fee, per player or per foursome, and what it raises money for. It goes on the page as you write it.
- A full field and a waitlist
- Set how many teams the course can take. Later teams wait in order and move up on their own when a team withdraws.
- Handicaps and your team list
- Ask each player for a handicap if you flight or seed teams. Every entry lands in one list you can export for pairings and carts.
Ready in a few minutes
Tell us the basics
Who it’s for, the date, the venue, and a few notes in your own words. It takes about a minute.
See your site
Your answers become a full site: the cover, your own words, the schedule, guests’ questions and a reply form, in the design you picked. Change any of it.
Edit, publish, share
Change any section on your phone or laptop. Publish when it’s ready, then send guests the site, or give each household its own link.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Making and publishing the page, registration and the team list are free, with no limit on teams. An optional site pass adds your own colours and a photo wall for the day, for one payment.
Can golfers pay the entry fee or sponsor a hole here?
Not yet. Your page shows the fee and sponsorship as you write them, and people pay you the way your charity already takes payments.
Do golfers need an app or an account?
No. The team captain opens the link on any phone and registers the foursome in under a minute, with a personal link to change it later.
Will strangers find it?
No. Event sites are hidden from search engines, so only people you send the link to can open it. You can also add a password.
